Terms and conditions for our NEXT DAY Auckland delivery service.

Order and pay in full by 12 noon and we will deliver same or next day (Subject to availability of stock and drivers)

Business day service only, no weekend services are operating

The service is a contactless drop off delivery ONLY as per level 4 requirements

Our staff will contact you prior to delivery to organise a safe location OUTSIDE of your home to place the item.

We will not be able to take away any old appliances or unpack and take packaging with us. 

We are delivering standard whiteware orders only, and items covered under essential services, ( yes a TV is considered essential, it keeps people at home occupied. )

All small appliances will ship with our courier partners as per usual and be under their normal delivery times.

Appliance Outlet reserves the right to refuse any delivery if we feel it is unsafe for our staff in any way at all.
