It is important you read and familiarise yourself with our warrranty terms and conditions they form an important part of your sales and purchase agreement with Appliance Outlet (2020) ltd.

LG and Samsung products have no factory warranty in any way at all, all warranty is covered by Appliance Outlet. Please take special note of this, its applies to all areas of Samsung and LG warranty.

All products we sell may have had parts replaced by us to ensure our quality levels as required. 

Some products we sell have an on-site warranty due to size or installation status (ie: an oven is considered an installed product, a microwave is not) This warranty differs from the standard RTB warranty in that an agent will attend on-site to do the service work.

RTB (Return to Base) warranty means the buyer pays for returning goods to us, we will repair or replace the faulty products at our discretion. Refunds will be given only if a replacement is not available or as required by the CGA. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer. Your warranty begins from the original date of purchase. If you receive a replacement product under warranty it is covered by the original warranty and is replaced to service the terms of the original warranty, it does not come with a new warranty or a perpetual warranty.

Warranty does not cover unauthorised repairs, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. If your product requires an authorised person to install it and you cannot provide the certificate of compliance, warranty cover will be declined. The CGA does not apply for goods used commerically, warranty cover may also be declined in cases where goods are used commerically and we have not been notifed of this.
