Yes they sure are! These products are in brand-new condition, in original packaging (or is a display model) from the manufacturer. These products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. In many cases, you can purchase an extended warranty for additional peace of mind.
The packaging on these new products has been damaged in some way, which means ‘normal’ retail stores won’t accept them. We know that our customers aren’t bothered by a bit of a scuff or a tear in the box, and will probably get rid of the packaging anyway.
