Appliance Outlet is 100% locally owned and operated with a great website (you’re already here!) and a large showroom (and warehouse/workshop) in Botany, East Auckland. We ship throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific.

Our products and services are broad across the domestic range, from kitchen and laundry appliances to televisions and heatpumps.

Appliance Outlet (the real one) has really tapped into the global drive to reduce waste and leave the world in a better state for future generations.

As well as servicing and selling brand new products from importers with 7, 5, or 2 year warranties, we receive a wide variety of faulty appliances from retailers throughout New Zealand and get the opportunity to give them a second chance with new customers for significantly reduced pricing.  We also have exclusive access to ‘box-damaged’ products which are brand-new, with only the packaging damaged which has had no effect on the products inside, although our team of 6 full time technicians test them just in case.

Our service technicians are also visiting customer’s homes and fixing or installing products onsite (not just our brands) throughout the Auckland region and, less regularly, the Waikato.  Auckland turnaround times are usually within 5 working days, but many deliveries and installations may be within 2.  We can take away your old appliance and recycle it for an additional charge.
