Yes, we deliver nationwide, and within Auckland, we have our own dedicated delivery team.

Nationwide Delivery
Nationwide deliveries are managed by our trusted freight partner, Mainfreight 2Home.
⚠️ Please note:
Freight services are delivery-only. They provide ground floor, door-to-door or door-to-depot delivery (if arranged in advance). They do not install appliances, remove packaging, or collect old/faulty items. Delivery is to the first accessible entry point only, with no steps, stairs, or obstacles. The driver will unload your item and place it at your front door or garage if access is clear.
Mainfreight delivers to the following main centres:
North Island:
Whangarei, Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton, New Plymouth, Taupo, Gisborne, Whakatane, Rotorua, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wellington.
South Island:
Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin, Timaru, Invercargill, and Queenstown.
If you're outside these areas and select a main centre delivery rate, we’ll contact you with an updated shipping quote. This must be paid before your order is dispatched.
➡️ We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs to reflect actual charges from our freight providers, should your selected delivery rate not apply.
Auckland Delivery Services

Our in-house delivery team covers the Auckland region. There are five delivery zones, each with different pricing. At checkout, you can choose between:

Delivery + Installation (if applicable for your item)
Delivery Only
A straightforward ground-floor, no-steps service to your garage or front door. Our driver will not unpack or remove packaging.
Delivery + Installation
Includes delivery plus basic plug-and-play installation. The driver will unpack, install the appliance, and remove packaging. We can also remove and dispose of your old unit (fees apply).

Note: Installation is limited to simple swap-overs (plug and play). We do not perform:

Cabinetry modifications

Hose/hole cutting

Wall mounting (e.g. dryers)

Electrical or plumbing work
Any additional work must be arranged separately with a qualified tradesperson.
⚠️ For health and safety reasons, our staff will not perform deliveries deemed unsafe.
You must advise us in advance of any stairs or access issues. If delivery cannot proceed due to unreported hazards, additional charges may apply for a second delivery attempt or additional staff.
Rural Delivery
Rural delivery incurs higher freight costs.
To reduce charges, consider collecting from a Mainfreight depot or alternate urban address.
Please contact us if rural delivery is your only option and you’re unsure of pricing.
Shipping Insurance
Under New Zealand’s Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, freight companies cover up to $2000 (incl. GST) for loss or damage.
For items valued over $2000, we may require shipping insurance, charged at 5% of the item’s value. This protects both you and Appliance Outlet in the event of loss or damage.
Insured items are shipped via Mainfreight only.
➡️ You may opt out of insurance by requesting removal in writing. In that case, your order will ship at your own risk with no coverage for loss or damage in transit.
